These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Malaysia International Trade and Investment Chamber of Commerce (MITIC) website and the membership services, activities and related functions we provide.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website or the related services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You may use the Chamber’s services only for lawful, legitimate and non-infringing business purposes. You must not impersonate another person, provide false information in a membership application or event registration, or reproduce, sell or commercially exploit website content without written permission.

Service Information
We endeavour to ensure that website and Chamber activity information is accurate, but do not warrant that every description, date, fee or other detail is entirely free from error.

Fees and Payment
All membership fees, registration fees and related charges are payable upon confirmation. Prices may be adjusted without prior notice. Accepted payment methods are subject to confirmation by MITIC.

Cancellation and Refunds
Unless otherwise stated or determined by the Chamber, paid fees, including membership and registration fees, are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability
MITIC acts as a facilitator and platform for trade and investment. To the extent permitted by law, MITIC is not liable for direct, indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of this website or participation in activities. The parties to any business cooperation remain responsible for their own decisions and outcomes.

Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page together with their new effective date.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Where international cooperation is involved, Malaysian law shall be the principal governing law, subject to any mandatory applicable law.
